The olive oil in this shot has become my current favorite. Whisk 2 Tbs Balzana Olive Oil with juice of 1 lemon , salt and pep and a little dijon in the bottom of your salad bowl for the sweet tang of a tasty dressing for your simple fresh greens. Toss it up! Check out Balzana.com.
