

My
well-worn, well-used, well-loved tortilla press and I made these
corn tortillas. The masa harina bag has a recipe, but follow the Diana Kennedy method of handling the dough, transfering it to your griddle pan and
listening for the sizzle. These tortillas were cut into strips, fried until crunchy and slipped into our
sopa de la tortilla deliciosa.
