This little cowgirl rustled up some Basque paella tonite. Golden chicken, smoky chorizo, creamy arborio rice, roasted red pepper, sauteed bacon and onion with crusty bread to soak up the amazingly rich, earthy-flavored sauce. Home, home on the range. (God, I want those cowboy boots.)
